Shipping & Delivery Time
• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days across India depending on your location.
• Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take a bit longer.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors like logistics delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
• We may offer free shipping on selected orders or above a certain order value.
• A small shipping fee may apply for orders below the minimum value (shown at checkout).
• Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD), if available. Shipping Coverage
• We currently deliver across most serviceable pin codes in India.
• If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
• You can track your order in real-time using the provided details.
Delays & Issues
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Customer unavailability at delivery location

Damaged / Missing Orders
• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
• Our team will review and provide a suitable resolution.
Failed Delivery / Wrong Address
• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
• Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may incur reshipping charges.
International Shipping
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
