Refund & Return Policy

At Chaखna, we take pride in delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality snacks. Since our products are food items, we maintain strict quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

General Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
However, if there is any issue with your order, we are always here to help and provide a fair resolution.

Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
  • You received a wrong product
  • Your order was damaged during transit
  • The package was tampered with before delivery
• You received an incomplete order
• Product quality issue caused by packaging or transit

Reporting an Issue
If you face any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the package and product
  • Brief explanation of the issue Without proof, we may not be able to process the claim.

Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
If replacement is possible, we may offer a fresh shipment instead of a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds / replacements will not be applicable in the following situations:
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Delay caused by courier partner after dispatch
  • Taste preference / personal liking issues
 • Product complaint raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Minor packaging changes that do not affect product quality

Payment Policy (No COD)
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on Chaखna.
We only accept prepaid orders through secure online payment methods for faster processing and smooth delivery experience.

Cancelled Orders
  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
If prepaid order cancellation is approved before dispatch, refund will be initiated accordingly.
